jack parsons...

xxx
but this is neither about him, nor me, or god or the devil. though we're all connected in the currents of atomic attraction...

I flip burgers for this grill in town.
before that I bussed dishes and before that I worked for this retired judge chronicling his demonic channeling until his soul and body were burnt in the abyss....
it happens more than you might think.

(looking at customer dressed as goth)
I try not to draw attention to myself anymore. I already I know too much... others can sense it too...

(next customer is a cop)
and I don't drink smoke cigarettes either.

cut to:
pouring beer for cop

but I've drank virgin daughter's blood with his sergeant and officials on more than one occasion.

and maybe he knows that. I doubt it.

either way, I see their faces everyday.

so I try not to jaywalk

I fill out my tax returns

and I keep the noise down so my landlady doesn't get suspicious of my tinfoil covered walls.

cut to:
outside smoking a joint, whitebutton shirt black tie.

but it'd take a lot more than babylon to stop me from smoking herb I'll tell you that.

(image of the atomic cosmos)
it's amazing how magnetic and fragmented mass is in the universe. how matter combines and separates

I bring this up only because it relates to a woman I met yesterday, buzzer 33, order of calamari and a salad, a single glass of Chardonnay.

the first rule of mkultra is you do not bring up mkultra. if you do the victims were brainwashed to commit suicide upon hearing the triggerword.

I didn't mention anything to her.

but still she must have sensed it. for some reason she felt the necessity to be there, that night. where I was, at my register. why?

and she kept goin on, about her fathers military base and inside or out of the box until my boss asked her to move for the next person and she said they cant stop me from being me they can try to keep me quiet, keep me from saying what happened but they can't stop me from being ca they?

she looked like the type. sure she was crazy now, but at one point a beautiful little blonde. the fruit of the youth. something committee artichoke was so drawn to. fuckin nazi's.

I only wished she hadn't sensed me out at work.

(hes' cleaning counter after work. the boss looks at him and shakes his head)

its always stuff like that... I'm probably going to have to quit now. it's really hard to keep hidden. once they get a new perspective like that they can't stop questioning until they see past the bullshit.

BOSS RALPH
hey tomorrow I want you behind the register. it's just the graveyard shift anyway so you shouldn't be too overwhelmed. besides your ready.

-
okay.

msybe I was just being paranoid...

)________

on his way home from work at night. he's kicking a plastic bag in the wind.

he meats someone who warns him of the future and gets him back in the game, probably having to do with the women he met.

the next night during the graveyard shift all

eventually he saves his boss's life by hammering 8 chopsticks.into the chest of a blind chinese vampire.

________

somehow I'm always getting into trouble...

(during a baptism ceremony, the minister is saying all sorts of muted preaches)

eventually he asks if he is ready to give up all sin and be washed clean to live a holy life

-okay

he's fully dunked under water and baptised

...
-well, they say you can't have one without the other...

okay lets get a few things straight

cause evidently last time I just assumed everyone knew what was up and I got all these angry comments about spoiled rich kids and communism...

so first of all my name is andreas nicholas get to know this face I'm not afraid and yes I know who runs the world and that I should be.

I'm not from orange county and I'm not rich, though I don't know why it would matter if I was. the constitution should be just as solid for the rich as it is for the poor, and the government really shouldn't favour either. in fact thats not even the cities job...

However I am a santa cruz local born and raised, I go to cabrillo and I don't support fascism, especially socialism fascism. I'd rather have freedom than be traded rent reductions and some bastard form of copyrighten healthcare by this tyrranical regime as a last feeble attempt to stay in control of our resources and tax money for their absurd and selfish empirialism. Giving this regime more power over us right now even if you think your new president will be different just reminds me of germany in the 20s, where there was this new young socialist vegetarian painter who seemed promising...

I work minimum wage jobs and I VJ at shows which is really a lot of fun but dance parties are like hookers short and straight to the point...

So I got tired of doing shows for other people, I just wanted to be able to do the same thing for free like a jam band. About a year ago I lucked out and was practically given an old intel data projector, and all in all it was the lightbulb I had to pay for.

So I've gone around doing shows for pay as well as for free, and I've been everywhere I can man, projecting all along the west coast, and in oregon and washington. -and I've never had a problem.

but whenever I get back to santa cruz, something crazy always happens, something unreasonably elitist and fascist and I have a hard time just letting it continue.

to those who who are worried about the problems homeless cause and want to make the city take care of you, rememeber who this city is and has been run by, and not just coonerty jr. or the poor officers who have to enforce their codes.

these police keep fully automatic carbine gas powered assault rifles in their cars at all time, I don't think thats just for homeless... they are forced to break laws every day, I can't imagine all of them are evil, but many if not most have to know what they are doing is illegal, unconstitutional or at least wrong, but if they were to refuse orders they would be replaced almost immediatly with someone likely far more sinister. these are the real systems of checks and balance.

also know this, as someone who lived in santa cruz my whole life and know many street kids who've come and go, the police agenda in this town is not to stop the crime but to know everything. They know where the needles are and they keep a camera going on it, they know who needs the junk. Once, several years ago I brought food to the needle exchange, when I left the police followed me in a car quietly for nearly and hour, never contacting me, but it's all on tape.

In fact they have to make sure there is enough narcotics in the town to go around to make sure the junkies don't get crazy. this isn't unusual, -police have been doing this in towns for over a century, it just hard to get it into the heads of the yuppies who think the police are trying to protect them and their children... I repeat, they are not. they are only trying to keep you satisfied, comfortable enough to tolarate the unlawful terrorism

for those who don't recal, please remember that santa cruz is the first place in america, probably the world to be arrest someone for feeding the hungry. an elderly woman in 1989.

Santa Cruz has upheld a ban since the seventies, which has been selectively enforced over the years, but never removed from the record. -their reasoning? the homeless can sleep during the day and ought to stay on their toes at night...

Lets not forget the sidewalk sitting ban Santa Cruz used to harrass people on public property. and over 10 years ago when conflicts with protesters led to police miscarring a pregnant woman's baby with a billyclub. and thats surely not the most of it...

mayor coonerty, that is to say coonerty jr. the second coonerty mayor, first being his father neil, both wealthy local businessmen, have always been proponants of ellitism to please the yuppies. So I wasn't suprised when I found that this new mayor had installed a new city council gag rule which prohibits conversing on topics without permission, and permission requires not mentioning "the breath of the argument." which effectively ends democratic discussion and open forum, -and is obviously unconsitutitional and an extreme and direct violation of the brown act.

the amount of ordinances piling up are designed to intimidate, and overwealm so that nothing can be done about them, and removing only one at a time would seem fruitless. almost always minorities, homeless and street kids are picked, they are then told to leave town, despite having an infraction which requires a court appearance, meaning if they ever return theres a warrant for their arrest.

the police effectively banish people from our town and have done so for quite some time..

I understand if you don't like certain types of people, if you are discriminatory against minorities or those from lesser economic backgrounds, its arcaic but understandable. the fact of the matter is these laws stand against you too, not just those you dislike.

and such direct violatons of the constution are not affordable losses to our freedom in the name of terrorism or anything else. we must stand for our rights or else let them be claimed by the government for us.

It is a scary time in history right now when democracy niether suits the people nor the government...

the government demands a dictatorship, a land without sufferage in exchange for comforts we really don't need and actually enslave us.

the people want handouts and selective enforcement of terrorism against their neighbor and are willing to trade civil rights for the good and progress of society....

only all this is wrong, terribly wrong and if we don't stop it now there is no stopping it, where would you stand and assemble when there is no public property?

and what if they pick you up and take you in for questioning

do you know how hard it is to plead the fifth ammendment while being drowned and experiencing electroshock treatment...

and as I sit here, and people shake their head, saying that will never happen to me, it nearly brings tears to my eyes to see us head straight for it.

So please stand up for your rights. and do not fear them, understand that there power is based on your submittance and their lies.

if you are sitting on the sidewalk, or are in a parking lot for 20 minutes, if a police officer questions you and you refuse to answer on the grounds that the crime you are being questioned over is unconstitutional and you claim your first ammendment rights what can he do?

he can ask for your name and you can plead the 5th ammendment

if he demands to see your id and you do not show it he migh right a ticket

if you do not sign it and demand to see a magistrate, what can he do?

he may bring you in overnight until a judge deemes that he has violated your right to habeus corpus

but most people are scared and lazy, and take what looks like the easy way out by submitting as opposed to actually dealing with the situation.

EXCERPTS FROM ARKAOS DEVELOPER CONVERSATION

EXCERPTS FROM A CONVERSATION WITH THE HEAD OF THE THE ARKAOS DEVELOPMENT TEAM:

ANDREAS NICHOLAS WROTE:
> ...I sometimes wonder if anybody really understands the true potential of this program.....

PIERRE GUILLUY WROTE:
> [IN TERMS OF AN AUDIO ENGINE] I know there's a lot to do with sound, and that's why we won't release a
half working feature.

ANDREAS NICHOLAS WROTE:
> I thought I'd mention that one thing I've been really thinking about
> is how much arkaos should be able to control actionscript games.
> having control of flash games, being able to set their controllers to
> different keys or controllers possibly. I don't know what that would
> entail, but being able to put swf games into arkaos would be HUGE.
> controlling live effects etc. the wii controller... think of the children!
>

PIERRE GUILLUY WROTE:
The flash support on mac will be enhanced in the next version coming in
a few weeks.
Because I like to experiment, I'm playing with the wiimote and my
computer at home, and indeed, there's a huge potential around that!

ANDREAS NICHOLAS WROTE:
> I do this with a video input now because I don't know how else to live
> effect games, but mashup is still young...
>

PIERRE GUILLUY WROTE:
